Scope

- Increase cooking and preparation space at both Villages.
- Increase ware washing capacity at both Villages.
- Install new ceramic heated glass bain maries.
- Install new range hoods and external roof ducting.
- Install new dining room cabinetry, island benches and bin enclosures.
- Upgrade the servery façade to a modern and appealing area that enhances the catering offering.
- Deliver kitchen equipment training to the Village operator
