Scope

  • Replace all cooking equipment with new fit for purpose equipment.
  • Standardise the equipment across both Villages.
  • Increase cooking and preparation space at both Villages.
  • Increase ware washing capacity at both Villages.
  • Install new ceramic heated glass bain maries.
  • Install new range hoods and external roof ducting.
  • Install new dining room cabinetry, island benches and bin enclosures.
  • Upgrade the servery façade to a modern and appealing area that enhances the catering offering. 
  • Deliver kitchen equipment training to the Village operator
