Our repair processes are fully documented, ensuring transparency and offering recommendations relating to commercial viability. Every repair is completed using manufacturers OEM parts for reliability and performance.

Equipment Assessment
- The Equipment is checked-in to our workshop and assigned a Work Order Number.
- A functional assessment and workshop report (inclusive of findings, photos, cost and recommended approach) is completed and sent to our customer.
Customer Decision
Our customer reviews the Service Report and advises CKSC to either;
- Proceed with the repairs
- Return the equipment to site in its current state, or
- dispose of the equipment
Confirmed by issuing a Purchase Order.
Repair & Return, or Dispose
Upon receipt of a Purchase Order, CKSC will either:
- Appropriately dispose of the equipment and supply a quote for replacement equipment.
- Return the Equipment to Site, or
- Order the parts to complete the repairs.
Once the parts arrive in stock, the repair works are then scheduled with the workshop technicians
Equipment Return
Once the equipment is repaired, it is functionally tested to ensure no other faults are identified, and it's fully functional.
Finally, the equipment then cleaned and polished (if required), securely packaged for transport, and dispatched as per our customer's instructions.
